Winnipeg roofers since 2009
A Winnipeg roofing company built on proof
Northgate Roofing Co. runs every job with its own crews, from the first photo to the final nail.
Our story
Our own crews, on every Winnipeg roof
We have replaced and repaired roofs across Winnipeg and completed over 2,200 of them. Every one was built by our own people, never by subcontractors.
What we commit to on every roof
Whether it is a full replacement or a hail repair, every quote we write follows the same three commitments.
Principles
In-house crews
Our own employees climb every roof we quote and close out every job, so no one else touches your home.
Plain-language warranties
Every warranty term is explained in plain words before you sign, so you know what is covered.
Photo-documented work
Photos and a written report come with every inspection, so you can see the damage we found.
Warranties in plain language
Two warranties cover your roof, and they work together rather than replacing each other.
What does the workmanship warranty cover?
Our 10-year workmanship warranty covers the installation of the roof we put on your house. It is written in plain language, so you know what it covers before the job starts.
How do manufacturer warranties work?
Manufacturer warranties run up to 50 years on the materials, and our 10-year workmanship warranty sits on top of them. You get both, not one or the other.
Who installs the roof?
Our own crews install every roof we sell, and we never subcontract any part of the job. The same people who start your roof finish it.
